Hey, I’m Kate!

I combine my 20+ years in advertising, brand and customer acquisition with a deep passion for helping women build confident, magnetic brands that get seen, chosen and remembered.

I’ve led the brand development and growth for some of the biggest London and Perth names - HBF, RAC, Crown Perth, Perth Scorchers, Silver Chain, Fremantle Football Club, Sky TV and Ventura Home Group, just to name a few!

I’ve earned an impeccable reputation for transforming brands, growing sales and identifying growth opportunities, thanks to a rare blend of razor sharp, critical thinking, creativity and creative intuition. I see things most people don’t. It’s my zone of genius.

But my confidence didn’t come from boardrooms - it came from rebuilding myself from the inside out.

I grew up in trauma, endured painful relationships and spent years doubting my worth and voice.

I do the inner work, continue to heal, and have reclaimed my power - and now I help other women do the same, so they can rise in business with clarity, confidence and self-belief.

I’ve taught brand strategy at Edith Cowan University and had the privilege of working with businesses large and small across Australia. As a small business owner myself, I understand the fear of visibility, the challenge of pricing confidently and the frustration of knowing you're talented but underselling yourself.

Before you can be seen, you need to truly see yourself. In this first session, we’ll peel back the layers — the masks, the armour, the stories, and reconnect you with the woman underneath. You’ll uncover who you are at your core, what’s been holding you back, and who you were born to become.

WORKSHOP TWO - Sunday 8th March:

Rebuild Your Worth & Confidence
This session is all about self-worth - the foundation of everything you attract. You’ll learn how to release fear, comparison and people-pleasing, and start backing yourself with conviction. Through guided exercises and practical tools, you’ll strengthen your confidence, set aligned boundaries, and start showing up as the woman who knows her value, and isn’t afraid to own it.

WORKSHOP THREE - Sunday 19th April:

Build a Magnetic, Unstoppable Brand
Now it’s time to bring it all together. In this final workshop, you’ll channel your newfound confidence into a brand that radiates authenticity, power and magnetism. You’ll learn how to express your story, your voice and your value in a way that attracts dream clients with ease — building a brand that doesn’t chase, but naturally draws in the right opportunities.
